Moving ahead on Gandhian Principle's....possible today??

First of all it has been a long time I haven't been in contact with this blog and it will take some time to regain the viewing rate again. It doesn't matter how much time it takes but the thing is that do people have a faith over my blogs. Now let's move on towards the topic.

Few days back.....Mahatma Gandhi's partner during his independence struggle i.e. His Charkha was put into an auction and was sold in around Rs. 1 crore. It sounds weird that our country's heritages are being sold on auctions. But this event brought a deep thought in my mind. Mahatma's belongings were the one which made us realize his motives & values that he wanted to be kept in mind by people. Now as his things are being auctioned....will our future generations be able to remember his values and the main thing which lies behind all this is that now even we aren't interested to follow him.

What even students of my age think is that it's just a joke to follow his morals because they find it 'silly'. And it's even difficult to move over with his principles as we don't have that strength to co-op up with it. Many people during some events like hunger strikes held at Delhi....compared social personalities like Anna Hazare to Gandhi but the truth is that no one can even get back to such a level. I even put up a question that is Mahatma Gandhi just left to be compared with all??? Nothing can be much disgraceful than it. People at Congress always talk about Gandhi's, Nehru's dreams but these all goes floating.

He had such a tough life throughout, but yes he was at times criticized for his deeds but today, at present the condition what I see is that all are worried about their own future and they find social service an odd job.Today even they are scared of taking risks and putting them in such an act, which is somewhere due to the narrow thinking spreading nowadays....so it's a difficult one to encourage people to follow his principles and also it relies on the people....

I would like to add that if not followed such motives, still country will move on with no doubt. But the dissatisfaction I find is that no one is eager to even know Gandhi's background so which states that whether someone praises him or not but still there will be many who will criticize him forever but a sense of respect to be maintained then.
